Reporting to the Director- Inpatient & Emergency Services, the Shift Manager is a member of the Operations Management & Leadership team, and works collaboratively with the Nursing Leadership that oversees day-to-day operations in the Nursing units and in the absence of other managers (evenings, weekends, and stat holidays), is the manager for all departments in the hospital.
