We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Sterilization Technician and Office Float to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

As a Sterilization Technician and Office Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained, contributing to the overall safety and effectiveness of our dental services. You will be lending support in the front and back end of the office when required.  Your attention to detail and commitment to hygiene will help us provide the highest standard of care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sterilization & Disinfection: Efficiently and accurately sterilize dental instruments and equipment using autoclaves and other sterilization methods.
• Quality Control: Perform routine checks and maintenance on sterilization equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with health regulations.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all infection control protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a sterile and safe working environment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of sterilization procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with dental staff to ensure timely preparation of instruments and supplies for patient procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in a dental or medical setting preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: Understanding of sterilization techniques and infection control practices.
• Personal Attributes: Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
