OPERATIONS MANAGER – Full-Time Permanent Position
(Hours of work vary seasonally)
$80,000 to $90,000 starting salary per year
(dependent upon qualifications and experience)

SunTrac Contracting & Rentals is located in Dryden, Ontario. We are an excavation and equipment rental company. We also provide aggregate supply and delivery, snow and ice maintenance services as well as demolition services.
Under the direction of the President/Secretary Treasurer, responsible for assisting to oversee the operations of the organization. This includes implementing processes and practices following policies and procedures, supervision and performance management of staff, team leadership and contract procurement and management. This position requires flexible and additional hours of work on an as-needed basis.
High School diploma and a post-secondary degree/diploma/trade relevant to the position are preferred. A Class G license is required and additional licenses (e.g. DZ Class A restricted) are preferred. A minimum of five years of experience in a related construction and/or industrial environment and previous supervisory and/or leadership experience are required. Experience in estimating and project development an asset. Excellent communication skills as well as demonstrated written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks is necessary as is the ability to work in a team environment.
