Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our operations, and the successful candidate will be cross-trained in various data entry positions to provide coverage during vacations or sick days and to assist with the general workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks across multiple departments.
• Sell bus tickets and manage parcel shipping services.
• Provide administrative support and assist with general office duties.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with mailing operations and performing bank deposits.
• Maintain accurate records and files including faxing and photocopying.
• Assist with light office cleaning during slow times
• Learn and efficiently use company-specific software programs.
• Ensure punctuality and a positive, professional attitude in daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Punctual and reliable.
