The role of the Kizhaay Anishinaabe Niin Coordinator is to provide a range of Indigenous culture-based community services focused on engaging Indigenous men and male youth committed to ending all forms of violence perpetrated against women and girls.  The coordinator will establish support networks and refer participants to appropriate counselling and treatment services.  The coordinator will also work to provide alternative options through collaboration with justice personnel, probation and parole offices, and correctional institutions.

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Social/Human Services, Indigenous Studies or equivalent training combined with relevant work experience
• Clean/Valid Ontario Drivers License & access to a vehicle
• Ability to speak, read & write an indigenous language an asset
• Must be able to provide a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
• Provide or able to obtain First Aid/CPR, WHMIS & Safe Food Handling Certification
• Participate in training as required.
