Cory Henderson Contracting Ltd. is currently seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic or a 3rd year Apprentice to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Perform preventative maintenance on fleet
Carry out diagnostic tests and repairs to a variety of vehicles and equipment
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairs of construction equipment
Ensure all Workplace Safety
Lubricate, service, diagnose, repair, assemble and maintain our trucks and trailers and bush equipment
Maintain accurate records of all service, repair and other work as required

Requirements:

Experience working on various sized heavy trucks and heavy equipment
310T considered an asset
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to monitor and evaluate problems and organizational performance in order to assess efficiency and effectiveness

Job Type: Permanent full-time

Pay: Overtime paid after 44 hours
