Cory Henderson Contracting Ltd. is currently seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic or a 3rd year Apprentice to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet
• Carry out diagnostic tests and repairs to a variety of vehicles and equipment
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairs of construction equipment
• Ensure all Workplace Safety
• Lubricate, service, diagnose, repair, assemble and maintain our trucks and trailers and bush equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all service, repair and other work as required

Requirements:

• Experience working on various sized heavy trucks and heavy equipment
• 310T considered an asset
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to monitor and evaluate problems and organizational performance in order to assess efficiency and effectiveness

Job Type: Permanent full-time

Pay: Overtime paid after 44 hours
