Shop/Front Counter Person
LOCK AND KEY SERVICE
An ever growing Locksmith and Alarm company is looking for another reliable, highly motivated, permanent Full time Shop/Front Counter person to join our team. Competitive wages and Benefits offered.
Individual must:
- Be able to provide a clean Criminal record check
- Have excellent organization and customer service skills
- Have good computer skills and be able to learn new programs
- Have the ability to pay attention to details and/or instruction in a sometimes high paced environment
- Be able to multi-task
- Be highly self motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised as well as with others
Some duties will include but not limited to:
- Answering phones and Taking very detailed messages
- Keeping track of Customer Alarm accounts and making changes as needed. Calling of customers for Alarm trouble etc.
- Keeping track of Emails
- Creating Work orders
- Storefront customer Service, receiving Invoice payments,
- Key cutting & Lock repair/re-keying
- Shop cleanliness
- Organizing and keeping up-to-date customer/company files
