What An Accounts Payable Clerk Does:

As an Accounts Payable Clerk you are responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payable.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, You Will:

• Verify, code and enter invoices, matching with purchase orders
• Fuel Allocation
• Responsible for department filing
• Handle vendor calls
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Assist with month end and accounting processes
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma is considered an asset
• 2-3 years previous A/P experience is considered an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Capable of working in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
