The Community Connector supports adults with a developmental disability and at-risk children and youth to fully participate in recreational activities, socialization opportunities and activities of daily living.

• Carries out all aspects of the individual’s service plan
• Exercises discretion and respects the rights of individuals
• Flexibility is required to meet operational needs (days, evenings and weekends)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for the purpose of transporting clients
• Satisfactory vulnerable records check

Diploma in human services (DSW, SSW) or experience within a related field preferred. Training provided.

Salary:  $21.32 – $24.81 as per Collective Agreement
