Ensure that urban Indigenous families and children (prenatal to age six) have access to effective and consistent early intervention services; and; provide the best opportunities for healthy child development through home visiting, service coordination, parenting groups, cultural teachings, and traditions.

Qualifications – All Positions:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Social/Human Services, Indigenous Studies or equivalent training combined with relevant work experience
• Clean/Valid Ontario Drivers License & access to a vehicle
• Ability to speak, read & write an indigenous language an asset
• Must be able to provide a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
• Provide or able to obtain First Aid/CPR, WHMIS & Safe Food Handling Certification
• Participate in training as required.
