Water and Wastewater Treatment Operator
Full-Time (Union Position)
Position Summary
The Water / Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator will operate the water treatment plant, water distribution system, wastewater treatment plant and wastewater collection system in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures. A full job description is available upon request.
Qualifications Required
- High School Graduate
- Class 1 Water Treatment Subsystem Certificate is required
- Class 1 Water Distribution/Distribution and Supply Subsystem Certificate is required
- Class 1 Wastewater Treatment Facility License is required
- Class 1 Wastewater Collection Facility License is required
- Class G Driver’s License is required
Rate of Pay
$28.44 / hour after completion of probation.
