It was a busy week for Provincial Police in Dryden and Ignace.
The local detachment will now be providing weekly updates on police activity.
Constable Ron Fults says officers responded to 443 calls for service from May 16 to May 23.
Fults notes 177 charges were laid under the Highway Traffic Act and Criminal Code.

-Domestic Occurrences: 3
-Drug Occurrence: 1
-Mental Health Act: 3
-Family Dispute: 5

-Traffic Compliant: 25
-Assault: 1
Fults notes the OPP were actively involved in the Canada Road Safety initiative over the long weekend.
