Environment Canada has issued a winter weather travel advisory.
Snow is forecast to start early this morning near the Manitoba border and spread quickly eastward throughout the day to arrive north of Lake Superior by late in the afternoon.
It is expected to change to flurries from west to east Friday night.
5 to 10 centimetres of snow is possible.
Accumulating snow will impact travel.
Motorists should expect hazardous winter driving conditions and adjust travel plans accordingly.
Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions.
