The MP for Kenora believes the Trudeau Liberals continue to drop the ball in terms of handling the COVID pandemic.
Eric Melillo says current restrictions and lockdown’s could be avoidable.
“People are concerned with the fact that we’re back into lockdown. The fact that lockdown’s have been normalized, primarily as a result of the federal government’s failure to procure rapid tests and PPE.”
Melillo says the government is taking a two steps forward, one step back approach.
The Conservative member adds the government has failed to support hospital ICU capacity and health transfers.
Melillo says the Liberals have promised to deliver rapid tests to province’s in a timely manner but hasn’t delivered.
