Near zero visibility in fog is expected late this afternoon and will continue until midnight.
The fog will dissipate after midnight when the winds become stronger.
Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility.

Environment Canada has issued a winter weather travel advisory covering the Dryden, Sioux Lookout and Ignace areas.
Starting tonight 5-10 centimetres of snow is expected with winds gusting up to 70 kilometres an hour into Thursday evening.
Rapidly falling temperatures could cause ice build up on sidewalks and roads and travel conditions are expected to deteriorate.
Blowing snow and reduced visibility is also expected, with hazardous conditions impacting the morning commute.
In the Ignace-English River area, significant rainfall is expected.
A low pressure system that is expected to track into the Upper Great Lakes on Thursday.
Rain, heavy at times, is expected to begin late this evening or after midnight.
Total rainfall amounts of 25 to 35 milimetres are possible by the time rain changes to snow early Thursday morning.
