There are two new cases of COVID-19 in the region since last Friday’s update.
One comes from the Dryden/Red Lake area, while the other is from the District of Rainy River.
Those are the only two active cases reported by the Northwestern Health Unit.
The Thunder Bay area saw six new positives Monday and the active count is now at 14.
Ontario recorded 422 cases.
The province says 225 were unvaccinated people, 13 were partially vaccinated, 161 were fully vaccinated and for 23 people the vaccination status was unknown.
There were 3 COVID-related deaths.
