The Northwestern Health Unit is reporting three new cases of COVID-19.
All three positive test results are in the District of Rainy River.
This brings the region’s active case count up to 12 with eight in the District of Rainy River, three in the Sioux Lookout area and one in the Kenora district.
Meanwhile, the Thunder Bay District Health Unit adds five new cases making their active count 17.
Across the province there are 600 new cases with 475 of those, or almost 80 per-cent, not fully vaccinated people or have an unknown vaccination status.
