After a two year hiatus due to COVID-19, Dryden’s Rhythm on the Range will return in 2022.
Organizer Rhonda Sharpe-Klim was a guest on the CKDR morning show to talk about the rock’n roll concert at Anderson’s Homestead Golf Course August 20th.
“We’re really excited because we’ve got a pretty awesome line up thus far, with a few extra things coming your way. First off we’re starting something a little bit new this time, we’ve go an opening act with Mr. Ron Kanutski. He’s local, he’s a rock’n roll comedian and he’s going to be putting on quite the act for us.”
Klim confirms a popular group from their 2019 inaugural year will also be back next year.
“Kitchen Party, this is a favourite of ours and we had them at our first kick of the can. That’s Grant Leutschaft as the front man, lot’s of Top 40, good jam tunes and lot’s of dance opportunities for everyone.”
Thunder Bay’s Psycho Therapy is also set to perform.
While tickets aren’t on sale just yet, Klim teases they have lots of surprises in store leading up to the concert and to stay tuned to Rhythm on the Range’s Facebook page and CKDR.
