Tbaytel is giving out $30,000 in its biggest For Good Community Fund campaign yet.
Hammarskjold High School, Harvest Kenora, and St. Basil’s Catholic School in White River are winning $10,000 each.
Hammarskjold is using its share to build the Viking Room, a multi-use hub for school activities.
Harvest Kenora’s grant will help make its Homerun Gardens micro-farm more accessible for people with physical disabilities.
St. Basil’s winning proposal will build a sensory-friendly playground for the school itself and the community.
The campaign received over 213,000 votes in less than two weeks.
