The Northwestern Health Unit confirms seven more cases of COVID-19 in the region.
Three of the cases are in the Fort Frances Health hub while two are in the Kenora area and two in the Sioux Lookout region.
Follow up with the persons involved and their contacts has started according to protocol.
Anyone who is identified as a contact for these cases will be contacted directly.
The Thunder Bay District Health Unit does not release COVID-19 numbers on Sundays.
In Ontario as a whole there are 3,732 positive cases of COVID-19 today.
