Dryden High School student athlete Brynn Montgomery has caught the eye of the Women’s Basketball program at Durham College in Oshawa.
Montgomery has been recruited to play for the Lords for the 2021-2022 season.
The 5’8 guard had a standout career with the Eagles before the COVID pandemic hit.
Highlights for Montgomery include a NorWOSSA championship in 2019, and a Silver medal in the 2020 season.
She also won MVP honours with DHS.
Montgomery is a multi-talented athlete with other standout performances in hockey, soccer, baseball, and badminton.
In a statement, Durham Lords Head Coach Heather Lafontaine states, “She handles the basketball well, has a nice mid-range shot, and she will bring an energy to us offensively and defensively.”
Montgomery will be entering the Massage Therapy program at the college in September.
