High School students in the Dryden area can now apply for two performing arts bursaries offered by the Sunset Thespians.
Consideration for this bursary encompasses a number of areas including:
-general performing arts
-acting
-dance
-voice or vocal
-dramatic studies
-musical theatre
-audio/sound production
-speech and drama
-stage management
-theatre and dramatic arts
-theatre design and direction
-theatre electrics and production
-theatre costume
-variety performance
The program will help offset tuition and expenses related to furthering their performing arts education.
The financial support will also help students continue their training through documented workshops or classes delivered outside of an education facility that will advance their development as theatre artists.
