You’re not alone. We are all feeling some sort of stress still due to the changes and continuing change brought on by COVID-19.
Even though it’s been close to a year for most of us who have had to adjust our ways of daily living – have we really adapted? Have we ‘settled in’ for the long term? How long will it be? Questions that are asked daily. Questions without solid answers that cause stress.
I’m not a doctor or psychiatrist but I see it on people’s faces…..I hear it in their voice. Their stories. Stress.
Change is hard. We get set in our ways. It’s easier that way. And then something comes along to upset the balance and…….stress.
Like I said I’m not a doctor but we all know that stress is not good for us. Not good at all for our physical and mental health.
Let’s help each other. Listen to those in your household, your neighborhood, your workplace, your community. What can you do to help others relieve their stress and then perhaps in return – yours’?
