A 29-year-old from Kenora is facing multiple charges following what started as a traffic stop on the Kenora by-pass.
The OPP say officers from the local detachment, as well as the Organized Crime and Enforcement Bureau and the Community Street Crime Unit, initially stopped the vehicle on Highway 17 at Reddit Road.
Inside the vehicle, officers found $46,030 worth of cocaine and $480 in cash.
The 29-year-old faces two charges; possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.
The accused was released pending a court appearance, and cannot be named as the investigation is ongoing.
