The Northwestern Ontario Student Services Consortium has cancelled buses in the Dryden/Vermilion Bay and Red Lake/Ear Falls areas.
Mechanical issues caused by the extreme cold are to blame.
School buses are scheduled to run in all other areas and schools remain open.
