Dryden Police have arrested a 19 year old man in connection with a serious assault.
Wednesday afternoon police responded to a disturbance complaint in a motel room in the 500 block of Government Street.
When officers arrived, police found a man who was severely beaten and suffering from significant injuries to his upper body and head.
The victim was first taken to the Dryden Regional Health Centre, but later flown to Thunder Bay Health Sciences Centre with potentially life threatening injuries.
As a result of the investigation, police found and arrested a suspect Friday.
Tristan Keno-Sawanas of Dryden is charged with Aggravated Assault, Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Failure To Comply With An Undertaking.
The accused remains custody set to appear in court February 16.
