A high-profile court case has been pushed to later this month.
The sentencing hearing for 22 year old Brayden Bushby has been postponed to February 17 in Thunder Bay.
It was originally scheduled for next Tuesday.
On December 14, Bushby was found guilty of manslaughter in the July 2017 death of 34 year old Barbara Kentner of Wabigoon Lake Ojibway First Nation.
Kentner died five months after being struck by a trailer hitch thrown by the accused from a moving car while she was walking with her sister on a residential street.
Bushby has been out on bail conditions since the trial concluded.
