The Rotary Club of Dryden will be busy hauling away Christmas Trees to start off the new year.
Pick up will be on Saturday January 9th and you’re asked to have your tree out curbside before 9 a.m.
Rotarian’s Roger Gould and Trevor Szmon were guests on the CKDR morning show today (Wednesday) to talk about the annual fundraiser.
For a donation, you can kick back and enjoy the rest of the holiday season while the club hauls away your Christmas tree to the landfill.
Szmon says you can text or phone 216-6950 or email trevor.szmon@hotmail.com to book your spot for pick up.
Gould says while a donation is not mandatory, a donation letter will be left in everyone’s mail box with everything the club receives going right back to the community.
The fundraiser supports numerous projects around the community, ranging from youth programs, helping out other charities such as the food bank and scholarships.
