For the second year in a row, the Northwest Innovation Center is allowing budding entrepreneurs or people with innovative ideas to compete for $15,000.
Corey Jones says they are launching their Co-starter Program virtually this year.
“Basically anyone with a new business start-up or business idea that they are looking to launch and make into their full-time job and just starting to grow the business. It’s a three month accelerated program. They’ll have access to some funding, some businesses workshops, experienced mentors.
Jones says anyone in the Kenora and Rainy River Districts can apply, but the deadline is December 14.
He notes they will pick the four best ideas or innovative businesses to receive funding to kick-start their company.
