Frank Wesley Wice was a son of Ezra and Rebecca Jane Wice, of Dryden
He enlisted in Winnipeg 07 Feb 1917 and arrived in England 12 July. From his ‘Attestation Papers,’ we know he was 5′ 9 1/2″ and had grey eyes and brown hair.
Private Frank Wice served in the 78th Battalion of the Canadian Expeditionary Force
He was 31 years old when he was killed in action 08 August 1918 in World War One.
He is buried in the Caix British Cemetery in France and is memorialized on a marker in the Dryden Cemetery.
