With Christmas Cheer forced to make changes to their program, the Dryden Police Service won’t be collecting donations at the annual ‘Stuff a Cruiser/EMS Vehicle’ this year.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Christmas Cheer isn’t accepting toys and food items this year.
Traditionally, the Dryden Police Service has partnered with the Christmas Cheer Program, hosting ‘Stuff a Cruiser/EMS Vehicle’ to collect donations for families in need.
DPS looks forward to all of next years Christmas events.
However, police would like to remind everyone that the Dryden Food Bank is still accepting non-perishable food items and officers will be going ahead with their Reverse Advent Calendar Food Drive.
See the photo below to participate.
The Christmas Cheer Program is still looking for monetary donation in an effort to assist people in need this holiday season.
Monetary donations (cheques) can be mailed to Christmas Cheer, 53 Arthur Street, Dryden, ON P8N 1J7 or interact e-transfer to cheer@drytel.net.
