Enbridge Gas is making progress on restoring service in the Red Lake area.
The company says service has been restored to 57% of homes and businesses.
Workers will be going door-to-door Wednesday until 9 pm and if you aren’t home they will leave information for you to schedule a visit.
Enbridge is asking you to ensure your address is visible, the path to your gas meter is clear and accessible, and that pets are put away while workers enter your home to turn on your gas appliances.
Homeowners can also make it easier by posting a sign on their front door, or in their window, indicating their street name and number.
You are urged to not relight your gas appliances and wait for Enbridge workers to arrive.
