It’s not the time to get cocky.
Federal Health Minister Patty Hajdu tells Acadia Broadcasting’s John Ongaro, we shouldn’t get complacent because we currently have no active cases of COVID-19.
“There is a bit of superiority that we are doing so much better than the US, but we can’t let down our guard because we could end up in that position, it’s easy for this virus to grow and get out of control,” Hajdu says.
The Federal Health Minister understands that it is a pain to continue to keep up physical distancing but it is something that needs to be done.
