A way of life in northwestern Ontario is slowly coming back.
Most beaches at Ontario Parks reopen Friday as well as maintenance and water testing has been completed.
On Monday, campers enrolled in this year’s Ontario Parks’ Seasonal Campsite Program will have access to their campsites at a majority of provincial parks.
Starting on June 22nd, all other campgrounds will open at provincial parks, along with washrooms, water taps and trailer sanitation stations.
It has now been confirmed that Aaron Park will also be reopening to seasonal campers on Friday as well.
Facilities such as showers, laundry, group camping, picnic shelter rentals and swimming pools will remain closed for the rest of the 2020 season.
