Premier Doug Ford says more people will now be able to get together for public and private gatherings.

The second phase of business reopening’s include personal care services like tattoo parlours, salons and barber shops as well as outdoor dine-in services at restaurants and bars.
Churches will be allowed to open at 30% of the building’s capacity.
