Minneapolis will determine how to replace their police force over the next year.
It comes after George Floyd, a black man, was killed on May 25th when a now-former Minneapolis Police officer knelt on his neck. That sparked almost two weeks of protests, and led to charges against the officer and three others who were at the scene.
