It’s time to ‘Spring Clean The City’ in Dryden.
The municipality is now encouraging residents to clean up and discard unsightly items around your property.
Acting Clerk Allyson Euler says “Please ensure items such as derelict vehicles, appliances, mattresses and house waste are taken to the landfill, picked-up or taken to an appropriate scrap yard, ensuring all haul loads are secured during transportation.”
Euler stresses they value all efforts made by property owners.
“Voluntary compliance with Property Standards and Maintenance By-laws ensures a cleaner and healthier community.”
Euler notes staff will notify residents who aren’t following the rules and provide them with necessary course of action and a time frame to ensure completion.
