Premier Doug Ford says we are getting closer day after day to reopen Ontario.
The province is reporting 347 new cases of COVID-19, the lowest single-day increase in more than three weeks, bringing the provincial total to 15,728.
The death toll is up to 996 with 45 more deaths were reported.
9,612 people have recovered from the coronavirus.
Ford says “This is a positive trend. A positive trend to give people hope that we are getting close to opening up. I can’t give you dates right now but what I can give you is hope.”
