It’s going to be a little longer before Porter Airlines will take to the skies again.
The company is extending its temporary suspension of all flights due to COVID-19 by four weeks until June 29th.
Porter stopped flying March 21st, due to travel restrictions.
Company President Michael Deluce says they had hoped to get planes in the air June 1st, something they felt was reasonable, but due to border restrictions and everyone staying home, it’s not possible.
