Provincial Police in Ignace are reporting more charges in relation to a sudden death in that community in December.
Police say it was a part of their investigation into the death of 37-year-old Nathaniel Lacroix of Burlington, Ontario on December 6th, 2019.
Shortly after the incident occurred, police charged 48-year-old Alfred Wanzuk of Ignace with Trafficking Opioids as a result of the investigation.
Police now say more charges have been added as Wanzuk was re-arrested and charged with Manslaughter and will appear in Ontario court on June 3rd to answer to all outstanding charges.
