It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Nancy Louise Mary Cutts (Hebert) on March 26, 2020 at the Dryden Regional Health Centre.
Nancy is survived by her son Garth Cutts (Carla), daughter-in-law Monique McArthur (Pat), grandchildren Gabrielle Boucher (Jason), Austin, Michelle and Payton Billyboy-Cutts, Theo Billyboy, Nicholas and Taylor McArthur, 6 great grandchildren as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Nancy was predeceased by her husband Roy Cutts, her parents and her grandson Nathan Billyboy-Cutts.
Nancy was born on February 1, 1947 and she grew up in Dryden Ontario with her parents James and Marie Hebert. Nancy met her husband Roy in Winnipeg MB where they lived before moving back to Dryden in 1969. Nancy and Roy had one son, Garth. Both Nancy and Roy were employed by the Dryden paper mill, Nancy retired from the mill in 2004 and spent her retirement years with many activities. She was a member of the Dryden Go Getters which she loved. Nancy also took part in bowling, line dancing, church and many casino trips with her beloved friends. Nancy loved her family and friends with a great passion. She was present and supportive. Nancy was always there to help with any event. She was a very active member of the community. Going out and socializing at all the community events was something she loved to do. Nancy would volunteer for many events and took great pride in helping. Nancy had a heart of gold and would be there in a flash if you needed her. Her absence will be felt and we will miss her greatly. We will hold our memories of her close. Love always.
A Funeral Mass to celebrate Nancy’s life will be held in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church at a later date.
