Provincial Police in Dryden are laying an additional murder charge in relation to the incident at the Arbour Jade Trailer Park earlier this month.
Police say on Wednesday, a second victim, 72-year-old Dorothy Brown of Dryden succumbed to her injuries.
Police then say a post mortem was conducted on Thursday.
OPP say as a result, 36-year-old Justin Desautels of Dryden was re-arrested and charged with an additional charge of Second degree murder.
Police say the accused is scheduled to appear by video before the Ontario Court of Justice on March 30th to answer to the new charge.
