There could be some new faces in the line-up when the Dryden GM Ice Dogs collide with the Red Lake Miners tonight (Tuesday).
The Ice Dogs have added four new players; defenceman Samson Mouland as well as forwards Stephen Minichiello, Macrae Setoguchi and Jesse Mistelbacher.
Mistelbacher has split time this season with the Dauphin Kings and Swan Valley Stampeders in Manitoba.
The 18-year-old centre played in 15 games with the Moose Jaw Warriors in the Western Hockey League last campaign.
Mistelbacher is listed as 6’0, 180-pounds.
Minichiello comes from the Cochrane Crunch of the Northern league where he posted 28 points in 34 games.
The 20-year-old has already committed to Niagara University in Lewiston, New York next season.
Minichiello is 5’10, 165-pounds.
Setoguchi has two points in 24 games with La Ronge in Saskatchewan this campaign.
He stands at 6’0, 170 pounds.
Mouland played 15 games with Dryden GM in 2017-2018 before being sent to the Dauphin Kings in the Manitoba League.
The 20-year-old recorded 5-goals and 7-assists with the La Ronge Ice Wolves in the Saskatchewan League this season.
The Miners have acquired forward Bryce Krauter from the Winkler Flyers.
The 19-year-old has 8-goals and 12-assists in 36 games with the Manitoba team.
