Fran was born June 5th 1959, raised in Dryden and attended St. Joseph’s Catholic School and Dryden High School. Fran married the love of her life Joseph Crowe in 1989 and spent many hours sharing their love of fishing at government dock. Her hands were never idle; always doing the hand crafts that she loved, knitting and crocheting were her absolute favorite. In summer you could find her in the blueberry patch with her mom and sisters as often as they would take her. Fran was always dressed in many layers to keep warm. Christmas was her favorite season, the lights, decorations and when Fran heard Joe sing along to “The Little Drummer Boy” she knew it was officially Christmas.
Fran’s absolute greatest joy was becoming a “Gamma”, her grandchildren gave her the strength to fight when diagnosed with cancer 7 years ago.
A Funeral Mass to Celebrate Fran’s Life will be held Saturday January 18th, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Alan Campeau officiating.
