The Dryden GM Ice Dogs are now second place in the SIJHL standings.
Knute Loe stopped 40 shots for his first junior hockey shutout and Dylan DiTomaso scored both goals as the Ice Dogs hung on to beat the visiting Wisconsin Lumberjacks 2-0 last night. (Wednesday)
Dryden GM has now won 5 out of their last 6 games and are one point ahead of Red Lake.
The Ice Dogs close out 2019 with a road game in Thunder Bay on Friday.
Tonight (Thursday) in the SIJHL, the Fort Frances Lakers travel to Thief River Falls to face the Norskies.
