The Dryden Rotary Charity Foundation has announced another round of generous donations for the region.
One of those donations is $10,000 towards the Dryden Food Bank to help them pay for their new Refrigerated Van.
Multiple Christmas Cheer organizations are receiving funds as well including $3,500 for both Red Lake and Dryden Christmas Cheer each with another $1,000 going towards Christmas Cheer in Ear Falls.
The Mary Berglund Ignace Food Bank will see $2,000 and the Dryden Children’s Delight Series will also be seeing $4,000 for their programming.
Finally the Dryden Skating Club is receiving $2,200 for equipment and Open Roads School will get $2,400 for tournament transportation assistance.
The Dryden Rotary Club says these funds are raised through weekly radio bingo that broadcasts on Thursdays on CKDR. The Radio Bingo also supports the Sioux Lookout Rotary Club’s charitable donations in that town.
