The SIJHL leaders now sit 19th, down from 7th from the week before.
Thunder Bay lost two consecutive games on home ice against Thief River Falls last week, one in overtime.
The Powassan Voodoos of the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League moved up from third and are the new number one in the country.
They have won 20 straight games.
