The Unifor Women’s Committee-Local 324 is raising money for the women’s shelter in Dryden.
A Women Supporting Women Craft Market is being held at the old Ukrainian Hall tomorrow (Saturday) from 10:00am until 2:00pm.
Proceeds from table rentals will support the Hoshizaki House.
Carol Jolicouer is Chair of the Committee and she is organizing the event.
“Women’s Committee started supporting Hoshizaki House about two years ago when we formed. We feel that the women’s shelter for women and children is very important in all towns, all areas, all across Ontario and Canada.”
There will be food vendors, baking, personal care products an numerous other items for sale.
