A gold medal performance for the Dryden Whiskey Jacks at the Gord Savoy Memorial Grade 7 and 8 Volleyball Tournament in Atikokan on the weekend.
Dryden ended up finishing fourth in pool play but then beat the top ranked Fort Frances team in a tough Semi-Final 26-24.
In the championship game, the Whiskey Jacks downed the host team from Atikokan 25-4.
