Dryden Police are releasing few details of a domestic assault incident in the city.
Police say they were called to a home in Dryden on Tuesday at 4:00pm where the arrest was made.
Police say a 49-year-old man is in custody and charged with assault on his 42-year-old female partner.
Dryden Police say they are not releasing the name of the accused in order to protect the identity of the victim.
